SoloGram lives from creating happy customers and therefore all projects come with solid and dependable support.
Support covers bug fixing and small scale advise on how to get the most from your delivered material. Support is available mainly via email firstname.lastname@example.org which is monitored on a daily basis, in urgent cases support can be exntended via telephone as well, or even in rare cases by an on-site visit. All this is a natural part of any project done by SoloGram unless expressively stated in the project agreement. If you want to cut corners, you can of course ask for a fire & forget type service where you sign out of any support after the product is handed over to you.
General support does not cover content updates, additional features, added functionality, touch-ups or other changes to the agreed product. This falls under “Maintenance“, and most clients save themselves a lot of time and energy by signing up for a simple maintenance agreement that leaves all that work to SoloGram to handle. For a small monthly fee, you tell me what needs doing to keep your online presence up to par, and I get it sorted. It is not a pre-requisite that I created your website or designed your newsletter for me to handle the future maintenance of it, I am happy to help you regardless of who set up your current material.Depending on the plan we agree on, I can also handle issues with your hosting provider, run checks on Google Analytics and tweak the SEO to cover your changing needs etc etc. It’s a nice all inclusive feature that will save you time to do your own business knowing things are taken care off.
